yoga

My love for mindful movement started when I trained in mixed martial arts from the age of four. I love to dance a variety of styles—from ballet and traditional Chinese dance to hip hop choreography and freestyle.

I teach gentle, restorative, and yin forms of yoga. My influences are from qigong and martial arts, and my classes place a strong emphasis on mobility, alignment, and mindfulness. My teaching methodology incorporates thousands of years of traditional Eastern healing principles with our modern scientific knowledge of the mind-body connection and nervous system.

I’m here to share the joy of movement as a meditative practice that can transform your mind, body, and spirit. Contact me below to learn more.
